ablaze on 2 May 1996 and completely destroyed. The incident
occurred during a battle between soldiers of Charles Taylor’s
National Patriotic Front of Liberia (NPFL) and Roosevelt
Johnson’s United Liberation Movement (ULIMO-J). The station was
operated by American missionaries.
