(JED/IFEX) – Donatien Nyembo Kimuni, a journalist with the weekly “La Tribune”, who was arrested on 13 March 2000 in Lubumbashi, was transferred on Wednesday 22 March at 3:00 p.m. (local time) to the Kasapa Central Prison in Lubumbashi.
On Saturday 18 March at 9:00 a.m. (local time), the journalist was taken to the Lubumbashi public prosecutor’s office, where he was locked up in solitary confinement until his transfer to the Central Prison of Lubumbashi.
