(Freedom Forum/IFEX) – A total of 11 incidents of press freedom violation occurred during the period from 16 January to 15 February 2012.
On 8 February 2012, journalist Rupa Sharma ‘Neha’, who is associated with Metro FM, received a death threat in the capital over an article she published in the fortnightly magazine “Himal”.
