Chadian authorities neglected to inform Service Ngardjelaï that charges against him had been dismissed, 5 months prior to his release.
Orédjé Narcisse, who worked for the privately owned Radio Cefod, was shot outside his home allegedly by individuals wearing Chadian military uniforms.
Within a space of two days, journalists Janvier Mouatangar and Anner Sabartang based in southwestern Chad are detained by military police officers over their reporting.
