Published before the UN’s Open Ended Working Group on ICTs, the joint input makes recommendations regarding responsible state behaviour in cyberspace from a rights-centric perspective.

Alongside 12 other endorsing organisations and experts, Global Partners Digital (GPD) has published a joint input to the draft annual progress report of the UN’s Open Ended Working Group on ICTs (OEWG).
The input is published ahead of the OEWG’s fifth substantive session. It makes recommendations to ensure the report accurately reflects the progress made in previous discussions, as well as proposing concrete actions to be taken to ensure effective implementation of the agreed framework of responsible state behaviour in cyberspace in a human-centric and rights-respecting manner.
