Reporteros sin Fronteras (RSF) presentó un manual para escritores de blogs y ciberdisidentes que contiene sugerencias sobre cómo burlar la censura de Internet y usar los blogs o diarios en Internet para difundir información en forma anónima.
El manual está disponible en inglés, francés, chino, árabe y persa y explica qué son los blogs o diarios en Internet y cómo se pueden usar de manera eficaz como fuentes de información, especialmente en países en los que los medios de la línea dominante están censurados o reprimidos.
Brinda herramientas para enviar correos de forma anónima y directrices para uso ético de los blogs. También se presentan ejemplos de blogs o diarios en Internet populares de todo el mundo y se incluyen ejemplos de Bahrein, Irán y Nepal.
